A Custody Visitation Stipulation is a written agreement where parents decide together on who gets custody of their child and what the visitation schedule will be, which they then submit to the court for approval. Parents who are divorcing, separating, or involved in a custody dispute would use this form when they've already worked out a child custody and visitation plan and want the court to make it official.
