The MC-410 form is used to request special accommodations in court if you have a disability that makes it difficult to participate in court proceedings, such as mobility issues, hearing loss, or vision problems. You would need this form if you are a party to a case, a witness, or anyone else who needs to appear in court and requires assistance to do so effectively.
