The UD-150 form is used in eviction cases to ask the court to schedule a trial date when a landlord is trying to remove a tenant from a rental property, or when a tenant wants to respond with their own counter-request for trial. A landlord pursuing an eviction or a tenant defending against one would use this form to move their case forward to trial.
