The MFL-132 is a cover sheet that organizes and identifies all the documents you're submitting together as one package to the court. Anyone filing papers with Mendocino Superior Court—whether you're suing someone, responding to a lawsuit, or handling a family matter—needs to include this form on top of your other documents so the court can track and process everything correctly.
