Domestic Violence Restraining Order: Request to Modify/Terminate DVRO

This form is used to ask the court to change the rules in an existing domestic violence restraining order (like making it less strict) or to completely end it. Someone who currently has a restraining order against them, or someone who had one issued to protect them but no longer needs it, would use this form to request changes.
