Stipulation and Order to Modify Spousal Support

This form is used when both spouses agree to change the amount of money one person pays to support the other after divorce, and they want the court to approve this new agreement. Either spouse would use this form if their financial situation has changed significantly and they both want to adjust the spousal support payments without fighting about it in court.
