# DUI Advisement of Rights Waiver and Plea Form (PRU-103) This form is used when someone charged with driving under the influence wants to plead guilty and waive their right to a trial in Sierra Superior Court. A person would need this form if they've been arrested for a DUI and have decided to accept responsibility by entering a guilty plea rather than fighting the charges in court.
