The Ability to Earn Packet is used to show a court what someone can realistically earn as income, typically in cases involving child support or spousal support decisions. A person would need to fill this out if they claim they cannot work full-time, are unemployed, underemployed, or earn less than expected so the judge understands their actual earning capacity.
