The Civil Harassment Packet is used to file for a court order (called a restraining order) that stops someone from harassing, threatening, or abusing you. You would need this form if you're being bothered, threatened, or hurt by someone who is not a family member, intimate partner, or roommate, and you want the court to legally require them to stay away from you.
