This form allows someone handling a deceased person's estate to skip the requirement of filing a detailed financial report with the court about how they spent the money and managed the assets. A person who has been appointed as an executor, administrator, or guardian would use this form if all the beneficiaries or interested parties agree in writing that they don't need to see this accounting.
