This form is used when a car is repossessed and sold, but the sale price doesn't cover what the borrower still owes on the loan, allowing the lender to ask the court for a judgment against the borrower for the remaining balance. A lender or creditor who has repossessed a vehicle would use this form to request that a borrower pay the difference between what the car sold for and what the borrower originally owed.
