The C-30 form is used by people who cannot afford to pay for a sheriff or process server to deliver court orders to another person. Someone would need this form if they are involved in a court case, have won an order from the judge, and qualify as low-income or cannot pay the usual service fees.
This form must be printed and filled by hand, or opened in Adobe Acrobat.
