A Financial Declaration is a form where you list all your money, property, debts, and income to show the court your actual financial situation. People use this form in court cases involving family law (like divorce or child support), bankruptcy, or when asking the court to waive fees because they can't afford them.
This form must be printed and filled by hand, or opened in Adobe Acrobat.
