This form is used when someone needs to post a bond or financial guarantee to the court instead of paying cash bail, allowing them to be released from jail while their criminal case is pending. A person accused of a crime who cannot afford to pay their full bail amount would use this form to arrange an alternative payment plan or have someone else pledge money or property to secure their release.
This form must be printed and filled by hand, or opened in Adobe Acrobat.
