The ADR-202 Panel Application Form is used by people who want to be added to the court's list of mediators or arbitrators available to help resolve disputes outside of a trial. Someone would need this form if they have the qualifications and experience to mediate or arbitrate cases and want to offer their services through Contra Costa Superior Court.
