This form is used to request a delay or postponement of a scheduled court hearing in a juvenile dependency, delinquency, or wardship case. Judges, attorneys, social workers, and other parties involved in juvenile court proceedings use it to ask the court to move a hearing to a later date when necessary due to scheduling conflicts, the need for more time to prepare, or other case circumstances.
