# Restraining Orders Termination/Modification This form is used to ask the court to either end a restraining order that's currently in place or change its terms (such as modifying which locations are off-limits or what contact is prohibited). A person who currently has a restraining order against them would use this form if they want to stop it entirely, or someone with a restraining order protecting them might use it if they want to make it stricter or less strict.
This form must be printed and filled by hand, or opened in Adobe Acrobat.
