This form is used when someone wants to object to a request that one party is asking the court to decide without giving the other side a chance to be heard first. Anyone involved in a court case who learns that the other side is trying to get an emergency court order without notice to them would use this form to tell the judge why they should get a chance to respond before any decision is made.
