Form FL-130 allows parents or guardians to agree on custody, support, and other parenting arrangements without going to trial, and to formally tell the court they won't contest these issues. Parents, guardians, and their attorneys use this form to reach quick agreements on custody and child support matters while keeping disputes out of court.
