This form is used by people involved in a court case to request a meeting with the judge to discuss how the case will move forward, to respond to someone else's request for such a meeting, or to provide the court with information about the case's status and any issues that need to be addressed. Either party in a civil lawsuit (the person suing or the person being sued) would need to use this form when they want to schedule an early discussion with the judge about organizing their case.
