# Stipulation and Order Regarding Continuance This form is used when both sides in a court case agree to postpone their court hearing to a later date and need the judge to approve the delay. Either a lawyer representing someone in a case or a person representing themselves would need this form to officially request and document that everyone involved agrees to the postponement.
