The PJV-42 form is used when a parent who is not the main participant in Fresno's Family Drug Treatment Court program agrees to support and participate in that parent's treatment plan. A non-participating parent or the other biological parent would need this form to acknowledge their role in helping the primary parent succeed in the drug court program.
