CCP Offer to Have Judgment Entered

The SFCIV-003 form allows a defendant to offer settling a case by having a judgment entered against them for a specific amount of money, which ends the lawsuit without a trial. A defendant who wants to resolve the case quickly by agreeing to pay the plaintiff a set amount would use this form.
