This form is used to officially notify the court that a judgment (a money decision the court made) has been paid off or otherwise resolved, so the court can close out the case. The person who won the judgment and received the money (called the judgment creditor) would file this form to confirm they've been satisfied and no longer have a claim against the person who owed them.
