The JV-2002 form is used by a judge to document their final decision in a juvenile delinquency case, stating what will happen to the young person (such as probation, placement in a facility, or other consequences). A young person who has been found to have committed a crime, or their parent/guardian, would need this form when the court is making its ruling in their case.
