Stipulation for Court Commissioner to Act as Temporary Judge for All Purposes

This form allows both sides in a court case to agree that a court commissioner (a judicial officer below a judge) can make final decisions in their case just like a regular judge would. Either party involved in a lawsuit who wants a faster or less formal resolution with a commissioner instead of waiting for a judge would use this form.
