# Objection to Postponement of Traffic Court Trial (SIE-0032) This form is used when someone who received a traffic ticket wants to tell the court that they disagree with the judge postponing (delaying) their trial date and want the case to proceed as originally scheduled. A person would need this form if they believe postponing their traffic court case would unfairly harm them and they want to argue for keeping their original court date.
