# SB-03W Writ of Execution Form This form is used by someone who has won a money judgment in court to ask the court to force the losing party to pay that judgment by allowing the sheriff to seize and sell their property or bank accounts. A person would need this form after they have already won a lawsuit and obtained a court order for payment, but the other person has not paid the money owed.
This form must be printed and filled by hand, or opened in Adobe Acrobat.
