The Equal Time-Share Calendars form is used by parents to create a written schedule showing how they will split parenting time equally between their two households when a child custody arrangement is being established or modified in court. This form is needed by parents who are going through a divorce, separation, or custody case in Monterey County and want the court to approve a 50-50 parenting time arrangement.
This form must be printed and filled by hand, or opened in Adobe Acrobat.
