Request to Set Default or Uncontested Matter for Hearing

This form is used to ask the court to schedule a hearing for a case where the other side hasn't responded or both sides have agreed on the outcome, so the judge can make a final decision. Someone who has filed a lawsuit and either didn't get a response from the defendant or worked out an agreement with them would file this form to move the case forward.
