# PRU-106 Form Purpose This form is used when someone wants to plead guilty to a crime in Sierra Superior Court without going to trial, and it makes sure they understand what rights they're giving up by doing so. A person would need this form if they've been charged with a crime and have decided to admit guilt rather than fight the charges in court.
This form must be printed and filled by hand, or opened in Adobe Acrobat.
