The Trial Brief is a document that lawyers file before trial to explain their case, present key facts and legal arguments, and tell the judge what they think should happen. A lawyer representing either the person suing or the person being sued would need to file this form to prepare the judge for the upcoming trial.
This form must be printed and filled by hand, or opened in Adobe Acrobat.
