Response and Order on Petition for Resentencing

This form is used when someone who has already been sentenced in court wants to ask for a new sentence, and the other side (usually the prosecutor) needs to respond to that request. A defendant who believes their original sentence was unfair or illegal would use this form to start the process of asking a judge to change their punishment.
