Request to Reschedule Hearing (Family Law—Governmental—Uniform Parentage—Custody and Support)

This form allows someone to ask the court to move a scheduled family law hearing to a different date or time. Parents, guardians, or others involved in custody and support cases use it when they need more time to prepare, can't attend the scheduled hearing, or have other reasons requiring a reschedule.
