Petition for Special Immigrant Juvenile Findings
Imperial Superior Court · Common Judicial Council Forms
Verified current as of July 25, 2026
The GC-220 form is used by children in foster care or the child welfare system to ask a judge to declare them as "special immigrant juveniles," which allows them to potentially qualify for immigration relief and stay in the United States legally. A young person who was abused, neglected, or abandoned by a parent and is under court supervision would use this form to request these special legal findings.
