The Elder Abuse Packet is used to file a court case to protect an older adult or dependent adult from being mistreated, neglected, or financially exploited by someone in a position of trust or authority. Someone would need this form if they want to get a court order to stop abuse, remove the abuser from the victim's home, or take other legal action to protect a vulnerable adult.
