The GC-361 form is used to notify the court and interested parties that someone plans to register a conservatorship (a legal arrangement where one person manages finances or personal decisions for another person who cannot do so themselves) in Imperial County. A conservator or their attorney would file this form when they need to officially establish or transfer a conservatorship case in Imperial Superior Court.
