# Child Custody Standard Orders This form is used to establish basic rules and expectations about where children will live, who makes decisions about their care, and how much time each parent spends with them after a court decides a custody case. Parents going through a divorce or separation in Mariposa County Superior Court would use this form to get the judge's official written orders about their children's custody arrangement.
