# Stipulation and Order to Participate in ADR (SIE-0037) This form is used when both sides in a court case agree to try an alternative dispute resolution method—like mediation or arbitration—instead of going to trial to resolve their disagreement. Either party involved in a civil lawsuit at Sierra Superior Court would need this form to officially notify the court that they've voluntarily chosen to work with a neutral third party to settle their case.
This form must be printed and filled by hand, or opened in Adobe Acrobat.
