FL-150: Income and Expense Declaration

The FL-150 form is used to show the court detailed information about a person's monthly income, expenses, and debts so the judge can decide on fair child support or spousal support payments. Someone involved in a family law case—such as a divorce, child support dispute, or spousal support case—needs to fill this out to prove what money they make and spend each month.
