FL-400: Request for Order: Child Support

This form is used to order a parent to deposit money into an account as security to guarantee they will pay child support payments, and to provide proof that the deposit has been made. A judge uses this form when a parent has a history of not paying child support or when there are concerns they won't pay what they owe.
